What is Lamda®?
Lamda® is the registered assessment system used to capture your individual Fundamental Frequency. This provides a personalised starting point for your Bio-Tuning® journey. Every person’s frequency profile is unique, which is why each journey begins with an individual assessment.
What is Bio-Tuning®?
Bio-Tuning® is a structured sound-based wellness program that provides a library of listening experiences. Using your personal Fundamental Frequency as a reference point, the program allows you to explore sound sessions that support relaxation, mindfulness, focus and personal wellbeing.
What happens during my first appointment?
Your first appointment is called a Fundamental Frequency Capture Session. During this session I explain how the Lamda® and Bio-Tuning® systems work, complete your Lamda® assessment, answer your questions, and help you understand the next steps and access the Bio-Tuning® platform if you choose to continue.
Do I need any previous experience?
No. The program has been designed for beginners through to experienced users. Everything is explained during your introductory session.
Is the program suitable for children?
Many families choose to explore Lamda® and Bio-Tuning® for children and teenagers. Parents or guardians remain involved throughout the process, and sessions should always be appropriate to the child’s age and individual needs.
Is the program only for neurodivergent people?
No. People use the program for many reasons including relaxation, meditation, stress management, emotional wellbeing, focus, peak performance and personal development.
Is Bio-Tuning® a medical treatment?
No. Bio-Tuning® is a wellness and personal development program. It is intended to complement—not replace—appropriate medical, psychological or allied health care.
How much does it cost?
Following your initial Fundamental Frequency Capture Session, access to the Bio-Tuning® platform is available through a low-cost subscription with no ongoing lock-in contract. Current pricing and options are discussed during your introductory appointment.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. The platform is flexible and does not require a long-term contract.
Can I purchase personalised tracks?
Yes. In addition to the Bio-Tuning® library, personalised tracks can be created using your individual Fundamental Frequency together with your chosen wellbeing goals and listening preferences.
What is the online platform?
The Bio-Tuning® platform allows you to access listening sessions, monitor your progress, enjoy a gamified experience, book Zoom consultations, purchase personalised tracks and continue your journey from home.
What if I don’t notice anything straight away?
Everyone experiences the program differently. Some people notice changes quickly while others find the benefits develop gradually through consistent use.
Do I have to complete the whole program?
No. You are free to progress at your own pace, repeat favourite sessions and explore the library in the way that best suits your goals.
Can I ask questions after my appointment?
Absolutely. Support is available after your first appointment and additional consultations or Zoom sessions can be arranged whenever required.
Do I have to believe in frequencies for this to be worthwhile?
Not at all. Many people simply enjoy Lamda® and Bio-Tuning® as structured wellness and relaxation tools. You don’t need any particular beliefs—just an open mind and a willingness to explore your own experience.
